Our COVID-19 guidelines:

To ensure your safety and mine, I will apply the two-metre social distancing measures, I will clean hands, put on gloves and wear a face mask before entering your property. I may also ask you and any other members to wait in another room or go outside while the inspection/works is carried out or ask to open doors and windows while working in the room.

I will call you before our visit to check that you and other household members are well and that no one has suspected COVID-19 symptoms, is self-isolating or shielding.
